Langham Place Downtown Dubai Planned for 2018

Langham Hospitality Group recently announced another luxury hotel in development in the United Arab Emirates: The Langham Place Downtown Dubai is a $273 million project located in the Burj Khalifa district. Slated to open in 2018, the Langham Place Downtown Dubai will join another Langham property under development: The Langham, Palm Jumeirah- the 323-room, waterfront hotel scheduled to open in 2016.

Spanning 680,838 square feet, The Langham Place Downtown Dubai will be composed of both a five-star luxury hotel and serviced apartments with views of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper, and Dubai’s Water Canal. The 167-room hotel will have four distinct dining concepts including a rooftop lounge and a salon to serve the signature Langham Afternoon Tea. There will also be ample event space for corporate meetings and social galas, plus a Chuan spa, with treatments based on the principles of traditional Chinese Medicine.
