Bonjour Bali! We hear that Starwood Hotels & Resorts has debuted Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran, the latest newly built Le Méridien resort to open.

Why it's hot: Location, location, location (and design…and amenities). The resort is set on Jimbaran Bay, once a small fishing village that has blossomed into a bustling beach community.

We resort offers four dining venues in a three-story complex. The signature restaurant Bamboo Chic serves Pan-Asian flavors (with a focus on Balinese cuisine), while Smoqee Lounge & Sky Bar mixes up cocktails. Latitude 8 serves coffee by day and wines and tapas by night, and WALA is a casual spot for gelato and coffee.
