Le Royal Monceau Paris Fetes Terrace Reopening with New Bento Boxes

Le Royal Monceau Paris, TerraceThis week has witnessed some dazzling days here in Paris, and the city’s palace hotels are celebrating in style. Le Royal Monceau Raffles has reopened its terrace, a lovely garden decorated with a giant teapot by artist Joana Vasconcelos. Guests can try some of the ice cream creations by famous pastry chef Pierre Hermé, or tuck into one of the new Bento Boxes, inspired by the hotel’s recent collaboration with Nobu.

Executive Chef Laurent André has imagined three different starters and main courses; take your pick between green asparagus and salad nicoise, for example, followed by tuna tartare, served with a Pierre Hermé dessert in a lacquered box imported from Japan. The coolest part of all? On sunny days, guests can borrow a pair of designer sunglasses from Le Royal Monceau’s concept store. For more information, visit www.leroyalmonceau.com.
