Learn to Cook: Le Cordon Bleu to Open New Flagship School in London

Luxury Travel Magazine reports that Le Cordon Bleu is opening the new International Flagship Institute, a cookery school and café, in London on January 13, 2012.

The new school will be in a courtyard behind Bloomsbury Square, close by the British Museum. The café will offer éclairs, tart au citron, jalousies, baguettes, pain aux olives, pain de campagne, croissants, pain au chocolat and brioche a tète. The lunch menu will offer dishes such as Le Cordon Bleu Croque Monsieur or Madame, as well as sandwiches, quiches, soups and daily salads.
