Lion World Tours' New Stylish Safari

Lion World Tours offers Botswana safari Lions and leopards and cheetahs, Oh my! Lion World Tours is now offering the unique opportunity to safari in style when you book ahead for their “Luxury Botswana nine-day safari travel package.

Upon arrival in Johannesburg, South Africa, guests partake in a Meet and Greet with a representative from Lion World Tours, after which they will spend the night at the five-star Michelangelo Hotel on Nelson Mandela Square, Johannesburg. From there, travelers will move to Kwersani Camp on the Okavango Delta, which borders the Moremi Game Reserve. Guests will spend three nights at Kwersani Camp in luxurious “tree-house” chalet style accommodations that overlook the reserve and its inhabitants. Travelers will then venture out once more and spend the final three nights at Duma Tau in the private 125,000-hectare Linyanti Wildlife Reserve. Instead of tree houses, guests will sleep in spacious suite tents with views of the riverfront. During the day, travelers will get to go on safaris and sightseeing excursions. Game drives are in open 4x4 vehicles or on a barge on the river, and offer frequent sightings of elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, wild dogs and other predators and animals.

“Luxury Botswana” safari costs $5,995 per person, based on double occupancy accommodations for departures between November 9 and December 9, 2013, and January 11 to March 14, 2014. The price includes: Round-trip, international, economy airfare from Washington, D.C. or New York, to Johannesburg including all fuel surcharges and taxes; regional, round-trip airfare between Johannesburg and Maun; all accommodations; seven breakfasts, six lunches and six dinners; all transfers, sightseeing excursions and game viewing activities; and the Lion World Tours representative Meet and Greet upon arrival. There is also a single supplement of $150.
