Keraton at The Plaza, a Luxury Collection Hotel, has made its debut as the brand’s first hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows and Indonesian-inspired décor (think splashes of color, rich woods and intricate batik floral patterns). There is also lots of unique Javanese artwork throughout the hotel, and a dedicated gallery featuring local artists.
We hear the Grand Deluxe and Junior Suite Rooms are the most popular options right now.
Guests can dine at Bengawan, a five-star restaurant with local flavors and indigenous ingredients. While indoor dining is always acceptable, we think guests will want to eat alfresco and look over Jakarta from the seventh floor.
