Luxury Travel Buzz: Baccarat’s New $300,000 Voyage

In recent years, a number of luxury travel companies are offering unique around-the-world trips by private jet. (Think Four Seasons and Abercrombie & Kent.) These ultra-luxury voyages offer the ultimate in bragging rights. The latest to join the fray is Baccarat, which recently announced the $300,000 Baccarat Heritage Experience. As described on the official website, this immersive experience “will allow guests to live the legend of Baccarat, its origins, its heart and soul, its 252 years of history, its modernity."

Starting in New York at the first ever Baccarat Hotel, the 11-night trip includes transportation by private jet, five-star accommodations, airport transfers, and extravagant drinks and meals, like the unique B Bar experience in Japan, where you can taste wine or cocktails in any Baccarat glass you want. The voyage includes VIP experiences like after-hours tours of Baccarat’s maisons. Destinations include New York, Paris, the Lorraine region of France (where Baccarat originated), Istanbul, Moscow, Tokyo, and Seoul. For reservations, call 646-595-1493.
