Mandarin Oriental Geneva Unveils New “Mandarin Floor”

Mandarin Oriental GenevaNot only has the Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, wrapped up a two-year refurbishment of its 170 guest rooms and 27 suites, but the luxury hotel has also unveiled the brand new “Mandarin Floor.” Famous French designer Sybille de Margerie of SM Design decorated these sixth floor rooms with touches of reds, fuchsia, and silver and gold. (She’s the design maven responsible for the couture look of the Mandarin Oriental Paris.)

The hotel itself has a sweet city location on the River Rhône, and the Mandarin Floor boasts sweeping views of the river and snow-capped mountains. Room categories include Mandarin Rooms, Junior River Suites, Deluxe Suites, and the exclusive Royal Mandarin Suite—accessed by private elevator.
