Mandarin Oriental, Miami Welcomes New Chef de Cuisine

Mandarin Oriental, Miami is springing forward with a new menu and new Chef de Cuisine at its signature restaurant, Azul.

Chef Joel Huff comes to the position having worked at the Tydes Restaurant and Coral Cafe in Santa Barbara. He has also served as Chef de Cuisine at Saam at The Bazaar by Jose Andres in Beverly Hills.

Chef Huff's new menu will debut at the end of this month. We hear his cuisine will capture the best elements of modern European cuisine with American and Asian influences.
