Mandarin Oriental Paris Debuts Special Wellness Breakfast

The Mandarin Oriental in Paris has a new offering for guests looking to start the day in a healthy way. Star chef Thierry Marx, who serves as a judge on Top Chef France, has teamed up with French naturopath Liliane Israel to create a gourmet, nutrition-packed breakfast. Items were selected based on their vitamins and antioxidant properties. Here’s a peek at the menu: pomegranate juice, almond milk, mangue mousse served with seasonal fruit, almonds and walnuts, spelt cakes, whole-grain bread, cottage cheese, salmon, tofu, and small vegetables. Served in a beautiful Bento Box, the new “Delight” breakfast is priced at 48 euros. Available at the Camélia restaurant or in-room via room service. For reservations, contact +33 (0)1 70 98 74 00 or [email protected].
