Mandarin Oriental to Open in Atlanta, Georgia

Exciting news from Georgia this morning: Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced that it has signed a long term management contract to rebrand and operate an existing luxury hotel and residences in Atlanta. The property, “The Mansion on Peachtree,” will be rebranded as the Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta as of May.

The hotel is situated on Peachtree Road in Buckhead, with easy access to top restaurants, shopping and cultural attractions.

The hotel and residences will be in a 42-story mixed-use building. The spa facilities, with 14 treatment rooms, will feature the holistic spa products and signature therapies for which Mandarin Oriental spas are renowned.

And heads up, real estate moguls! The development includes 25 private, luxury homes that will be rebranded and sold as The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta, occupying floors 25 to 42.
