Meet the New President of Les Clefs d'Or Japan

Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo has appointed chief concierge Masumi Tajima as president of Les Clefs d'Or Japan, the Japanese chapter of the concierge association.

This network of professionals allows members to benefit format heir combined resources and experiences, in order to achieve the goal of providing hotel guests with the highest possible standard of services.

Tajima has held the position of chief concierge of Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo since 2005. Prior to this she was chief concierge at The Westin Tokyo. It is mandatory for all Mandarin Oriental properties to have at least one Full Member of Les Clefs d'Or among its staff.
