Corey Shoemaker has been appointed to the role of Executive Chef at Mii amo, a destination spa at Enchantment Resort in Sedona, Arizona.
In his new position Shoemaker will be responsible of all culinary operations at the spa including menu creation for Mii amo Cafe as well as cooking demonstrations, in-suite dining and special events.
HIs previous roles have included Executive Chef positions at Saloon Steakhouse in Chicago and at Columbia Yacht Club. He continued his career at Gilbert's Wood Fired Steakhouse in Columbia, Ohio; Levy Restaurants at Lambeau Filed in Green Bay, Wisconsin; and Brett Favre's Steakhouse and Banquet Facility, also in Green Bay.
