Inn at Palmetto Bluff

Since opening its first hotel in Laguna Beach, California in 2006, Montage Hotels & Resorts has quietly expanded to encompass four distinctive properties. (Montage Beverly Hills was the first Gold LEED certified hotel in Southern California; Montage Deer Valley in Park City, Utah was the third in the portfolio, and Montage Kapalua Bay will open in Maui next year.) Now Montage is moving to the East Coast, with a new management contract for The Inn at Palmetto Bluff. Located on a nature reserve in South Carolina’s Low Country, the AAA Five Diamond hotel has long been a symbol of Southern Hospitality.

As of February 1, 2014, the hotel will be renamed The Inn at Palmetto Bluff, a Montage Resort. Crescent Communities has big expansion plans, and will spend more than $100 million on improvements, including a Spa Montage, fitness center, improved restaurants, enlarged meeting facilities, and 150 new guest rooms. The Inn also has a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. For more information, visit www.montagehotels.com/palmettobluff
