Moroccan Chef Comes to Switzerland's Beau-Rivage Palace

Heads up, foodies! This July, Chef Rachid Agouray will be in the kitchen of Lausanne's Beau-Rivage Palace Café.

Chef Agouray, the Executive Chef at Le Marocain restaurant at Marrakech's La Mamounia hotel, combines traditional and modern Moroccan cuisine, so guests at the Swiss hotel will be able to try his signature tagines, couscous and spices.

The gastronomic collaboration will run from July 6 to July 14. A few dish highlights include Lobster Pastille with Red Bell Pepper Coulis and Argan Oil, Atlantic Sea Bass Stuffed with Tafilalet Dates accompanied by Small Onions and Cardamom-Scented Rice, and Lamb Shoulder Confit.

The Beau Rivage Palace is located at Place du Port 17-19 in Lausanne, Switzerland. For more information, visit www.brp.ch
