It’s Paris Fashion Week, and the world’s leading fashion designers are currently heating up the frozen city with their new collections. Just in time for the shows, the W Paris- Opéra has launched a new “Couture Brunch” concept. Each month, the hotel teams up with a different emerging designer, who supplies the soundtrack (via a play list), and dresses up the Arola Restaurant with their creative couture.
The menu, designed by star Spanish chef Sergi Arola in collaboration with the featured designer, will showcase dishes inspired by the current collection. Melinda Gloss is the first fashion brand to be featured, starting on March 3 for the entire month. And because orange is a favorite color for the brand this season, Arola’s menu revolves around the hue; think orange-glazed duck confit with pumpkin rice. Available from 11 am to 4 pm on Sundays.
