New Executive Chef at Trump Chicago

The Trump Hotel Collection has appointed Executive Chef Thomas Lents to its team at Sixteen at Trump International Hotel & Tower - Chicago.

Lents, a protégé of Joël Robuchon, joins the hotel from Joël Robuchon at The Mansion in Las Vegas' MGM Grand, where he served as chef de cuisine.  He has also worked at Quince Restaurant in San Francisco and the Thornton Restaurant in Dublin.

His plans for Sixteen include a new culinary program that melds French technique with modern American cuisine. Tip: We hear the agnolotti of Scottish pheasant and the butter-poached Maine lobster are to die for.
