New Four Seasons Eatery Pays Tribute to "Slices" of Americana

Embrace America's diversity this fall at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North with the debut of its brand new American canteen, Proof.

Slated to debut in November, the dining venue will feature homestyle cooking from all 50 states in a casual "neighborhoody" setting.

We hear Executive Sous-Chef Jesse Hansen has whipped up a menu with itms like friend green tomatoes, shrimp and oyster po'boys and chicken and waffles with bacon and bourbon syrup (yum!). We love the old fashioned soda fountain, as well.
