New Four Seasons Hotels for South Florida

Four Seasons Palm Beach

Move over, Miami. South Florida’s luxury hotel scene is about to get even more glam, with at least two new Four Seasons hotels in the development pipeline. A recent article in the Sun Sentinel reports that entrepreneur Nadim Ashi of Fort Partners is pushing two new locations—near Miami Beach and in Fort Lauderdale. Ashi may also work on another future Four Seasons location in Naples. (Fort Capital’s portfolio includes Norman’s Cay in the Bahamas and the Surf Club south of Bal Harbour.)

The South Florida Business Journal stated that construction on the Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences in Fort Lauderdale is expected to begin early 2016. Housed in a 23-story beachfront high-rise at 521-529 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, the property will have 150 hotel rooms and 95 residences. Facilities will include a spa, fitness center, children’s recreational room, swimming pools and meeting space. The expected opening date is 2018.
