Resorts West has opened a new luxury ski home in Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah. Dubbed “Bachelor’s Roost,” the seven-bedroom villa features ski-in / ski-out access to a private, groomed ski run in the gated community of Deer Crest.

The villa also offers an outdoor hot tub, après lounge with custom ski lockers, sauna and steam room, as well as a fitness area, outdoor fire pit and massage room. Guests can also enjoy a gourmet kitchen with separate butler’s kitchen and a great room with views of the Jordanelle reservoir.

While staying at “Bachelor’s Roost,” guests can take advantage of complimentary shuttle service to nearby Park City, whose burgeoning nightlife scene includes recently opened artisan cocktail joint Silver and the ski-in / ski-out gastrodistillery High West. A private concierge offers assistance with luggage, groceries and activity arrangements, as well as access to a private chef, in-home ski rental fitting and restaurant reservations.

Rates for “Bachelor’s Roost” are $8,000 per night during regular season and $10,000 per night during peak dates (December 26 to January 2 and February 16 to February 23). As with all homes from Resorts West, these rates offer a 10 percent commission to travel agents.
