Seychelles Beach Get ready to relax your mind and body as Raffles Praslin Seychelles prepares to launch the “Body & Soul Journeys” this spring.

Raffles Praslin Seychelles'new offer starts off any guest’s stay with a wellness drink upon arrival. This is followed by a one-on-one spa consultation where a personalized wellness itinerary is created, specifically catering to a guest’s needs.

Following a complimentary breakfast for two, guests embark on one of their personalized daily spa treatments, or wellness and fitness activities. Spa treatments use local, natural materials. Smooth heated seashells, for example, can be used as massage tools. Fitness and wellness activities include rise-and-shine jogs, morning beach stretches, group fitness classes, sunset yoga or Pilates sessions on the beach, snorkeling, hiking, biking or kayaking.

For those who want to go off the beaten path, Body & Soul Journeys also includes a variety of excursions and nature trails to take in Seychellois island life.  Guests can visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Vallée de Mai, or go hiking on Curieuse Island to learn about the Island’s history or unique vegetation and wildlife.

After working up an appetite, guests dine guilt free when they select any dish from a menu that lists the calories and nutrition facts next to each healthy option. Afterwards, they can enjoy the Indian Ocean views while taking a dip in their private plunge pool, or have their butler draw an evening bath.

Embracing the philosophy of living well, guests are sent home feeling rejuvenated and continue feeling that way through the use of personalized spa home care regimes.

Prices start at 895 euros (approximately $1167.35) per night for 2 adults, with a minimum 4 nights stay. Rate is subject to 15% VAT and 10% service charge. Terms & conditions apply.
