New York City's Restaurant Week Kicks Off Next Week

It's that time of year again, foodies! New York City's winter Restaurant Week (which really lasts for three weeks and then some) kicks off next Monday, and reservations can be booked as of today. According to city website Gothamist, more than 300 restaurants around NYC are offering either a $38 three-course prix-fixe dinner or a $25 three-course prix-fixe lunch (drinks, tax and tip not included). Many participating establishments offer both menus, but some of the hotter restaurants only participate in the lunch deal.

Good to know: If you can't make it during the two-plus months of the year when Restaurant Week deals are in effect (don't forget the summer "week"!), some restaurants already offer regular prix-fixe dinner menus that cost about the same price as their Restaurant Week specials.

Here's the full list of participating restaurants (along with many menus) and links for reservations, including at some popular institutions like Delmonicos, Club A Steakhouse and 21 Club
