Nigel Pace Takes Over at Singita's Kruger Lodges

Big news in South Africa: Singita has announced the interim appointment of hotelier Nigel Pace, who was named Top General Manager of a Luxury Hotel/Resort Worldwide by Luxury Travel Advisor for his work at Cape Town's Cape Grace Hotel, as general manager of Singita Kruger National Park and its Singita Lebombo and Singita Sweni lodges.
 
For the next six months, Pace will be taking over the reins from Caroline Burke, who has held the position for the past three years, while she heads to the company's Cape Town office to drive specific strategic projects within Singita’s Sales and Operations departments.
 
With 17 years' experience in the luxury hotel world, Pace spent the past six years as general manager of the Cape Grace Hotel. Prior to that, he held the position of General Manager of Operations for fellow Relais & Châteaux member, The Collection by Liz McGrath.
