There’s been a lot of buzz about Nobu Hotels recently, as a number of hotels are in development: Chicago, Shoreditch, and Malibu. First to debut, however, will be the buzzed-about Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, which recently launched a website and opened the reservations line. The hotel is located inside Eden Roc Miami Beach, after a multi-million renovation overseen by architect David Rockwell.
Nobu Hotel Miami Beach will have 206 guest rooms, including three Penthouse Suites and four One-Bedroom Suites with Ocean/Pool and intracoastal views, equipped with private bars, Nature Bissé bath amenities, and custom Nobu mattresses. There will be a private Nobu pool, an expansive spa, the Malibu Farm restaurant, plus a room service menu by Nobu Miami.
The Nobu Hotel Miami Beach will be the third Nobu hotel, after Las Vegas and Manila. In the official press release, chef Nobu is quoted as saying: “Since opening my restaurant in Miami Beach 16 years ago, I have felt a connection to this city and the people. Now with the Nobu Hotel, I feel like I have a new home."
