Oktoberfest in Munich: Beer Spa Treatments at The Charles Hotel

The Charles, Munich

The Charles, MunichIt’s that time of year again; Oktoberfest in Munich is in full swing! The world’s largest fair attracts some six million revelers each year for two weeks of bratwurst-munching, stein-clinking merriment. For clients seeking a little luxury after the party, reserve a room at The Charles, a Rocco Forte hotel, where even the spa treatments are in tune with Munich’s calendar of events. Try the beer-themed ‘Wiesn Warm-Up Spa Treatment’, and you’ll be enjoying a beer footbath, a hops and salt scrub and a revitalizing back-and foot massage, followed by a traditional Bavarian wheat beer. And for some post-party relaxation, try the “Hangover Massage.”

To get you prepped for the fete, The Charles has collaborated with Schatzi Dirndl, a well-known designer of Bavarian costumes for women, to customize Bavarian costumes for female guests. So don a dirndl and feel like a true local! This special offering is part of the “Oktoberfest Package”, priced from 925 euros and available until October 4, 2011, which includes two nights accommodation with breakfast, the personalized dirndl, transfers to and from Schatzi Dirndl for fitting, a Bavarian gift in-room upon arrival, and welcome drinks.
