Regent to Open Resorts in Phuket and Bali in 2012

By the end of the year, luxury hotelier Regent will have two more resorts in their portfolio: The Regent Phuket Cape Panwa in Thailand, and The Regent Bali in Indonesia. Come September, the isle of Phuket will welcome a swanky hideaway on quiet Cape Panwa- with 70 suites and villas designed by the Blink Design Group and Jaya Ibrihim (the designer behind The Setai in Miami, The Chedi in Muscat and The Legian in Bali). Overlooking the Andaman Sea, The Regent Phuket Cape Panwa will be home to four bars and restaurants and a 17,000 square foot Regent Spa complete with dazzling infinity pool. Book a villa - stocked with an iPad, Liddell linens, and complimentary mini-bar - and you’ll be privy to a private pool and sun lounge.

Following the debut of the Thai resort, The Regent Bali will open in December 2012 on a four-acre spread in Sanur on the island’s southeastern coast. As an all-suite resort, the Regent Bali will have just 95 suites and 25 villas—all with stunning Indian Ocean views. Guests will have four bars and restaurants at their disposal, including one focused on local produce, plus a beachside infinity pool and spa offering Balinese treatments.
