The Resort at Pelican Hill Welcomes Head Chef

resort at pelican hillThe Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, California has recently appointed Luigi Fineo as its head chef for Andrea Ristorante.

In his new role, Fineo will recreate authentic cuisine based on his family cooking traditions and his culinary training in Italy. He will lead menu development, kitchen operations and mentorship of the restaurant's culinary team.

Fineo comes to the position with over two years under his belt at the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, including The French Laundry in Napa and Bouchon in Beverly Hills. Fineo earned consecutive Michelin star ratings in 2008 and 2009.
