Ritz-Carlton Bali Is Now Open

Ritz-Carlton Bali

In big news from Bali: The new Ritz-Carlton Bali has opened on a clifftop on the southern tip of Nusa Dua. From this vantage point, the resort has sweeping views of the area’s pristine white sand beaches edged by the Indian Ocean. The crème de la crème of the accommodations are the private villas which come with pools, terrace daybeds, and butler service. The suites, starting at 1,070 square feet, also look decadent.

It’s a large resort with expansive amenities. The swimming pool is located at the edge of the beach, and there’s a dedicated kids program to keep pint-sized guests occupied while their parents hit the spa or fitness club (where personal trainers are on hand). The spa is housed in its own villa and has 14 treatment rooms.

Six F&B outlets include Raku the Japanese restaurant, The Beach Grill, Breezes for sunset cocktails, and the Bejana Indonesian restaurant which has a gourmet center called “The Culinary Cave” where you can sit at the chef’s table and watch the theater of the open kitchen.

In other Bali news for the luxury hotel brand, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve will open in Ubud next summer. Karim Tayach is the General Manager of the Ritz-Carlton Bali.
