The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, situated in Arizona’s Sonoran Desert, is celebrating this summer with the debut of Splash Dining, an in-the-pool dinner setting with the legs of diners, servers, chairs and tables immersed in the water.
Splash Dining, which is an expansion of the resort’s popular water recreation, is located in the night-lighted Turquesa Pool. Upon arrival, guests will check their shoes and wade to their reserved seats. A customized meal will be served by a wading server team, while the dessert will be personally delivered by a chef wearing the aquatic version of chef’s whites.
Splash Dining offers a pre-reservable three-course menu including a champagne toast for $300 per couple.
