Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek Releases Cookbook

Fans of Dallas’ Mansion Restaurant, the highly-rated hot spot at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, will want to order a brand new cookbook called “The Mansion on Turtle Creek Cookbook: Haute Cuisine, Texas Style.” The restaurant has been at the forefront of local cuisine for three decade, and is now helmed by Chef Bruno Davaillon, recently named a Finalist for the 2012 James Beard Award.

Divided into nine chapers (like Game & Fowl; Brunch; Bar Food & Cocktails), the cookbook includes signature dishes like tortilla soup; lobster tacos; chorizo-crusted halibut with white bean puree and stuffed piquillo peppers; and braised pork cheeks with creamy homestead gristmill grits. The book can be purchased at Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, on Shop Rosewood and at major booksellers. The ultra-luxury hotel is located at 2821 Turtle Creek Boulevard in Dallas.
