The management contract to open the five-star hotel was signed with Al Majmoua Almouritania pour l’Investissement (MMI), and it will be opened under the Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts by Rotana brand.

The hotel, which is located in the mixed-use development Ribat al Bahar will reportedly have restaurants, meeting rooms, a swimming pool and a gym.
