After a recent renovation, we hear Scottsdale escape CopperWynd Resort and Club will reopen as of September 6.
The Arizona hideaway has revamped its guest rooms and other facility-wide improvements (think new 46-inch LED flat screens and tennis court resurfacing).
Fans of the resort's restaurant Alchemy will enjoy the resumed Inspired American dining experience on September 5, as well, with a few new menu items. The restaurant and wine bar are oriented to take advantage of the property's location (think large expanses of glass and sliding doors).
