See the Talked-About David Hockney Exhibit with the Ritz London

There’s been lots of buzz in the art world about the current exhibit at the Royal Academy of Arts in Piccadilly. This is the first major UK exhibition showcasing David Hockney's recent work, paintings inspired by the Yorkshire countryside, the artist’s birthplace. For a glimpse of these colorful canvases, check out the BBC's image gallery. It’s noteworthy that the 74-year old has adopted new technology, even experimenting drawing on an iPad. Running through April 9, 2012, "David Hockney: A Bigger Picture" features work from 50 years of the artist's career. Hockney is considered the best known British artist of his generation.
