Since Christian Clerc has taken the reins as the new General Manager and Regional Vice President of Four Seasons Hotel George V, the Parisian palace hotel has been rolling out new experiential offers—like cultural jogging tours at dawn, and now, an opportunity to shop a Paris street market with chef Eric Briffard. A long-time tradition in the French capital, the markets are more than just a means of picking up the ingredients for home cooking, but also a way of life.
The hotel's Michelin-starred chef peels back the curtain on this local pasttime, guiding guests on a tour of the nearby market so they can meet his suppliers and vegetable growers. Learn how a great chef selects his products, then head to the kitchen for a chef's demo illustrating one of Briffard's signature recipes. Each guest dons an apron and chef's hat while helping participate in the cooking; then the group is invited to a tasting with a glass of Champagne.
