Spend Valentine's Day in Sydney, Australia

If cold and grey weather don't exactly scream "Romance" for you, head to Australia, where summer is at its peak. The Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is offering several unique experiences this Valentine’s Day.

Cocktails and Chocolate at The Bar
Couples can relax at The Bar and try a special Valentine’s cocktail, Cupid’s Cup (a blend of rhubarb bitters, strawberry and elderflower shaken together with fresh mint and citrus with a splash of Champagne, served with an alcoholic strawberry sorbet). For desert, try the mini chocolate Fondue for Two. (Delish, we say!)

Wine and Dine at Kable’s
Love-struck couples can wine and dine in Kable’s on level two, with a four-course candlelit dinner complete with a rose petal-decorated table. A glass of Mumm Champagne pairs nicely with some Sydney rock oysters. Couples will be served poached lobster with shaved mango, pan-fried foie gras, white Pyrenees lamb or roasted mulloway followed by a chocolate surprise dessert.

Be Pampered at The Spa
Couples can unwind with 30 minutes of Spa Time prior to a 90 minute Aromatherapy, Prescriptive or Tension Zone massage. What could be more soothing?!
