After a day of spa treatments, wellness and sports activities, and simply relaxing on the beach, guests are sure to work up an appetite. The resort offers a choice of restaurants, including Cariblue, which is located directly on the beach and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; The Deli, for light, casual fare; and TAO, the fine dining option. Evenings can be enjoyed in The Piano Bar, listening to a pianist play tunes while enjoying a cocktail. Reservations are requested for TAO at least one month in advance.

When it comes to accommodations, the resort offers 155 rooms, a number of which offer ocean views. The most requested accommodations include the Luxury Ocean Front Rooms because of the breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The resort has recently introduced Villa Hibiscus, which can accommodate up to 14 guests and features several bedrooms, a private pool and hot tub, and a fully equipped kitchen. The main house features three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which boasts two balconies, garden furniture and an outside shower. An additional two bedrooms have self-contained access. The furnishings are tropical chic. Note: The BodyHoliday has an age limit of 18 years, with the exception of those participating in the WellFit Family program, a family-based fitness week designed around the beach which will be run weekly for seven weeks between July 12 - August 30, 2015. Located on a private bluff overlooking the ocean, the boutique EP-style resort Cap Maison offers visitors the all-inclusive option known as Club Maison. Starting at $515 per room per day, the plan includes accommodations, three meals a day, and house wines, spirits, beers and soft drinks.

Priding itself on offering the finest food and wine options on the island, Cap Maison offers those who partake in Club Maison access to award-winning food options. Breakfast and lunch are available at the Cliff at Cap Restaurant, where diners can enjoy panoramic views on the edge of the cliff. Completed in December, the Paradise Ridge Collection at Ladera offers an all-inclusive option for visitors. Ladera joined forces with Cap Maison to create “The Peak to Beach Ultimate Luxury Package,” which includes three nights in an Oceanview Villa Suite at Cap Maison and three nights in one of the Paradise Ridge villas or suites at Ladera. The five suites and one villa that comprise the Paradise Ridge Collection live up to the name, featuring only three walls to allow guests to take in the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and Piton Mountains.
