After a day of spa treatments, wellness and sports activities, and simply relaxing on the beach, guests are sure to work up an appetite. The resort offers a choice of restaurants, including Cariblue, which is located directly on the beach and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; The Deli, for light, casual fare; and TAO, the fine dining option. When it comes to accommodations, the resort offers 155 rooms, a number of which offer ocean views. The most requested accommodations include the Luxury Ocean Front Rooms because of the breathtaking views of the Caribbean. The resort has recently introduced Villa Hibiscus, which can accommodate up to 14 guests and features several bedrooms, a private pool and hot tub, and a fully equipped kitchen. The main house features three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one of which boasts two balconies, garden furniture and an outside shower. Completed in December, the Paradise Ridge Collection at Ladera offers an all-inclusive option for visitors.
