After a day of spa treatments, wellness and sports activities, and simply relaxing on the beach, guests are sure to work up an appetite. The resort offers a choice of restaurants, including Cariblue, which is located directly on the beach and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; The Deli, for light, casual fare; and TAO, the fine dining option. Completed in December, the Paradise Ridge Collection at Ladera offers an all-inclusive option for visitors. Ladera joined forces with Cap Maison to create “The Peak to Beach Ultimate Luxury Package,” which includes three nights in an Oceanview Villa Suite at Cap Maison and three nights in one of the Paradise Ridge villas or suites at Ladera. All meals, cocktails, wine and beer are included in the package, as well as a couple’s massage at each property.

The five suites and one villa that comprise the Paradise Ridge Collection live up to the name, featuring only three walls to allow guests to take in the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and Piton Mountains. The suites range from 1,500 to 2,100 square feet and are all decorated with onsite, handcrafted furniture.

The resort recently launched Dasheene, a new restaurant offering a unique and innovative ticketing system. Here’s how it works: Guests can purchase a ticket in advance for one of the four most-coveted tables for the evening, featuring unobstructed views of the Pitons and the sea. Tables accommodate two to four diners, and the price includes a five-course, locally inspired tasting menu. Boasting one of the most romantic resorts in the Caribbean, Ladera caters to honeymooners and couples with special touches such as a romantic concierge, who will cater to the couple’s every wish. Newlyweds also have the option to bring home a piece of their honeymoon with a customized bed, which can be pre-ordered with their names hand-carved on the headboard, which will be in their suite upon arrival and shipped to their home the day of departure. Note: To ensure the most romantic ambiance, Ladera does not accommodate large families or groups.
