The St. Regis Princeville Resort

The Makai Terrace overlooks Hanalei Bay.

It’s official. Starwood Hotels & Resorts has formally brought the St.
Regis brand to Hawaii with the opening of The St. Regis Princeville Resort
on Kauai. Yes, following a multimillion dollar renovation, the hotel opened on October 1 with 252 guest rooms, including 51 premium ocean view suites, the Halele’a Spa and the Kauai Grill by famed Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The hotel also has a unique infinity pool overlooking Hanalei Bay.

We hear the most requested accommodations are the Prince Junior Suites, but the Bali Hai Suite, which has views of the mountain used in the movie of South Pacific, and the Royal Suite, with a coffered and beamed ceiling, sound especially luxurious.

At the Halele’a Spa, wellness consultants create unique treatments for guests inspired by native Hawaiian traditions. The hotel’s Young Guest Program gives kids a retreat of their own, with Hawaiian cultural activities and adventures to keep them busy and engaged.

The Outdoor Pool is another option to the ocean.

Luxury travel advisors should contact Director of Sales and Marketing Chris White ([email protected]; 808-826-2478).

The Resort offers seven different room types, all with water views.
