Foodies will flock to San Francisco to check out what's cooking in the St. Regis kitchen. We hear the St. Regis San Francisco has appointed Paul Piscopo as the new executive chef.
In his new role, he will oversee the hotel's culinary team in creating menus for gala events and personalized catering for Residence owners; in-room private dining; and cuisine at Vitrine restaurant.
His career kicked off at Aqua in San Francisco following his graduation from the Culinary Institute of America. He then moved to Oliveto in Okaland and then teamed with Chef Ron Siegel at Charles Nob Hill.
