International Bartender of The Year Alex Kratena concocted the special Champagne cocktail with Tapatio tequila, cedar wood syrup, lemon juice and Peychaud’s bitters with Ruinart blanc de blancs, which he serves in a coupe decorated with scented blue crepe paper. Priced at £16.50, the "Royal Toast" cocktail will be available until August 22, 2013.
