Aspen, Colorado will once again play host to the world's creme de la creme of cookery. We hear that the Hong Kong Tourism Board, along with Ming Court, the Cantonese fine dining restaurant of Langham Place, Mongkok, Hong Kong and T'ang Court Cantonese fine dining of The Langham, Hong Kong will converge at the annual Food & Wine Classic, which will be held June 17-19.
Executive Sous Chef Wong Chi Fai and Fryer No.3 Raymond Wong of Ming Court will serve up Pan Fried Chicken filled with Minced Chicken and Black Truffles, accompanied with a Butternut Square; Deep Fried Shrimp Toast; and Crispy Sole Filet with Yuzu Honey.
Executive Chef Siu Hin Chi of T'ang Court will offer Drunken Shrimp and Sweet and Sour Pork with Pineapple.
