The Vancouver skyline is about to get an upgrade. It's time to make room for Trump. We hear that Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver will be making its debut.

Situated on Georgia Street in Downtown Vancouver's Coal harbor, the $360-million tower will include a hotel and residences.

In addition to 147 rooms, the hotel will include a Champagne lounge, signature restaurant, Trump Spa and banquet and conference center. It will also be home to a pool bar nightclub. Above the hotel will be 218 residences, with views of the North Shore.

True to Trump form, the hotel will offer guests their own Trump Attaché. This department provides personalized attention by recording guests' preferences and updating them each time they visit. Services range from dining suggestions and booking reservations to having pets walked, to arranging a picnic in the park…and the list goes on.

The twisting tower is expected for completion in 2016.
