UK Restaurant and Hotel to Host Special New Year's Eve Party

Here's a unique way to spend New Year's Eve in the UK: The Mount Royale Hotel & Burbridges Restaurant is hosting its first-ever Masquerade evening to wrap up 2012.

All guests are encouraged to wear elaborate and creative masquerade masks throughout the evening. (Those who don't have masks of their own can borrow one from the hotel.) From 7 p.m., an series of international dishes will be served to celebrate the arrival of New Year on the hour every hour from countries around the world.   

The hotel is offering a one or two night stay for the event which also includes a Masquerade Mask and entertainment by Ben Beattie’s Jazz Essentials. And, in keeping with the tradition of serving meals based on time zones around the world, an American-style breakfast will be served when it's New Year's in America.
