There's a new New Yorker in town. Luxury aficionados will be excited to know that Viceroy has moved in to a cozy spot on West 57th Street.

The 240-room hotel climbs 29 stories, featuring views over Central Park. Each room has floor-to-ceiling windows, along with super-luxe amenities (think Beats by Dr. Dre Beatbox Portable audio systems, Sferra linens, illy coffee machines, to name a few).

Inside the hotel ythere is Kingside, a street-level bar and restaurant that is the brainchild of Gerber Group and Chef Marc Murphy. It is serving up new American cuisine, with handcrafted cocktails, craft beers and small-batch spirits. Note: Kingside will open October 28.

There will also be a rootfop lounge and outdoor deck, The Roof, opening in December.
