Vintana, located in The Centre Escondido, has been named “Best New Restaurant” by the California Restaurant Association.
Vintana restaurant offers a modern take on California Cuisine with picturesque hillside and city views of Escondido. Guests may sit fireside with friends on the lanai while enjoying the mountain views or grab a cocktail from Vintana’s cocktail lounge which has a selection of over 125 vodkas.
Vintana offers live music and cocktails on Thursday nights, as part of its Thursday Night Live summer nightlife series from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Guests can enjoy $7 vodka drinks and half-off bottles of select wines.
A new perk being offered to patrons of Vintana at The Centre Escondido is the exclusive “Dine and Shine” service. While eating gourmet fare in the restaurant, those who avail of this will have their car get washed and polished downstairs. The service is held from 11:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Mondays.
Regular hours for the restaurant are from 11:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. for lunch, and from 2:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. for social hour. Dinner begins at 5:00 P.M.
Vintana features executive chef/partner Deborah Scott and is owned by The Cohn Group. The Cohn Group owns and operates 16 different restaurants within the San Diego area and Maui and their latest venture Vintana won them their most recent accolades.
