Virgin Australia Offers Business Class to Hamilton Island

For the first time in five years, travelers to Hamilton Island can enjoy business class amenities with the launch of Virgin Australia’s new service (which will now be available on most domestic routes across Australia).
 
Features of the new Business Class include luxury leather seating, gourmet menus, international-style cosmetic amenity kits, priority check-in/boarding and complimentary access to Virgin Australia’s lounges.
 
Business Class guests traveling from Sydney without checking bags can also take advantage of the Premium Entry and optional valet parking at Domestic Terminal 2, direct curbside access and direct entry to the lounge via a dedicated security screening point and check-in desk. The Sydney Lounge Premium Entry means guests never have to enter the main departure hall.
 
Business Class features include:
*Luxury leather seating with 62” seat pitch on the Airbus A330; and 38” seat pitch on the Boeing 737
*Comfort packs with plush blankets, pillows, and International style amenity kits with Australian organic cosmetics by GROWN for flights over three hours
*Coat check in service with complimentary coat bag
*Newspapers until noon daily
*Gourmet cuisine
*Premium Australian wines, beers, and spirit selection
 
Once on Hamilton Island, travelers can choose from six resort accommodation choices – including new luxury Villas and the award winning qualia resort, 10 restaurants and varied water and beach activities.
