Washington School House Opens in Utah

Travelers to the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah this January have a new, historic hotel option: the Washington School House, housed in one of the country’s last surviving historic school houses, is a National Historic Registry landmark, Elite Traveler reports.

The hotel opened December 27, 2011 after an eight-month restoration. The 12 rooms and suites boast 16-foot cielings, the school house's original nine-foot windows, original artwork and heated bathroom floors. Guests can enjoy a ski valet, in-room massage, 24-hour concierge and in-house lift ticket purchase.
