Calling all Italophiles! Quattro Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is uncorking a journey through Italy's wine regions.

We hear that Chef Marco Fossati and Sommelier and Maitre d' Claudio Villani will be embracing Sardinia on June 10. The menu will feature breads, Pecorino cheese, fresh seafood, locally grown fruits and vegetables and full-bodied wine.
