Just when you thought the beaches of Mexico couldn’t get any better, a new experience comes along that changes that idea. Introducing the Stargazing Dinner Experience at Hacienda Encantada Resort and Spa in Los Cabos.
The experience is offered in two locations on site at the Hacienda Encantada Resort and Spa. The main experience is offered at El Mirador, beachside along the Sea of Cortez, on the highest point of the resort overlooking the sea and Land’s End. Guests are also invited to dine beachside beneath cabana covering should they feel so inclined.
The private stargazing experience is perfect for all kinds of special occasions. Included in the night is a three-course meal complete with a celestial theme, a telescope positioned adjacent to the dining table as well as a star and constellation map for guests to explore the skies with.
Lucky for us, reservations to dine with the stars are being accepted year round.
