Dusit International has announced that it signed a hotel management agreement with property owners Tanota Partners for an upcoming flagship project on Guam. Scheduled for a soft opening in late 2013, the Dusit Thani Guam, located in the island’s prime commercial and tourist precinct, is a 417 room beachside resort hotel with 30 floors and is set to offer various facilities, including Guam’s largest conference center and an array of restaurants and bars.
To support the growth plans of the hotel, Dusit International is expanding its sales offices with the opening of a regional sales office in Tokyo late this year.
