Fairmont Hotels & Resorts will open in Zhengzhou in the capital of Henan Province, China. Slated to debut in 2018, the 350-room hotel will be part of a new mixed-use development in the central business district of Zhengdong New Town.
The hotel will have four dining outlets, with approximately 43,000 square feet of meeting space. There will also be a Willow Stream Spa and a swimming pool.
China continues to be a point of growth for Fairmont Hotels, with a number of new developments scheduled for the next few years: Chengdu (2015), Changsha (2017), Hangzhou (2018), Suzhou (2018), Taiyuan (2019) and Nanning (2019).
